To submit the Online Application for review, please proceed to the Online Application/Login.

During the admissions process we will need the following documents:

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Social Security Card
  3. Immunization Records
  4. Recent Standardize test scores
  5. Current Discipline Reports from prior school(s)
  6. Recent Transcript or Report Card
  7. For ACH ONLY, 2 Letters of Recommendation (submitted directly to kbergeron@aclions.org from current English/Math teacher, current Principal/Head of School, Pastor, or Youth Pastor)
  8. Custody documents (if applicable)
  9. Financial court documents (if applicable)
